If you are not totally satisfied with your order you may return it to us within 30 days for exchange or refund. Returned items MUST BE in their original packaging and be unused with all the original tickets / labels. A copy of the purchase invoice must also be returned with the product.
PLEASE consider carefully when purchasing hair extension products as these will not be refunded unless faulty. Any product used will not be refunded for reasons relating to hygiene.
These products are also checked for manufacturing faults prior to dispatch and if on receiving them you are not 100% satisfied them please make contact immediately.
Once any WAHL electrical product has been opened and used we are unable to refund you in the event you just don't want it anymore due to hygiene reasons. WAHL electrical products come with warranties. If you have an issue with a WAHL electrical product you will need to send it to a WAHL service agent for assessment and repair / replacement. Please call us if you need details regarding your closest agent. You must send a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase in order to be covered under warranty. Please also include your contact details.
All scissors are thoroughly checked and oiled on arrival in NZ and again prior to sale. The oil protects the scissor and ensures it arrives to you in the best possible condition. We do everything to ensure all scissors leave the warehouse in excellent condition, however it is your responsibility to please check your scissors immediately when they arrive for any faults or defects. If there is something you are not satisfied with please contact us by phone on 0800 445 668 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your scissors. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT CONTINUE USING SCISSORS IN THE EVENT THAT THEY ARE NOT CUTTING PERFECTLY. Where necessary a replacement scissor will be shipped by mutual consent on receipt of the scissors. Any manufacturing faults are guaranteed with full replacement on receipt of the faulty scissors – the scissors must be returned to us with evidence of purchase for replacement. An assessment will be undertaken to establish the cause of the 'problem'. We offer a lifetime warranty on manufacturing faults. Failure to advise us of any faults or defects within the 48 hour period will be deemed as full acceptance of and liability for payment of the scissors.
Wear and tear, or misuse of scissors are not eligible for replacement. We will NOT cover replacement of scissors in the event that you 'had not checked them' within the 48 hours after receiving them, or you continued to use them even though they were not cutting correctly or if you decide they are 'not suitable for the techniques you use' etc. It is your responsibility to maintain good servicing of your scissors on a regular basis. Please check the education section for scissor care and our recomendation for a servicing agent. Leader NZ reserves the right to have all returned scissors assessed by an independent expert to ascertain the cause of the problem prior to replacement.
