Question: Does Leader NZ have finance available?
Yes we have finance on scissors over $395 and on Apprentice Kits. There are other options depending on the size of the order available to help you on a case by case basis. Please ask about these options when you place your order with us.
Question: If I order today how long will it take to get the product?
If the order is taken before 2pm, in most cases, if you are in the North Island you should receive your order the next day. If you are in the South Island allow a couple of days. Australia / Pacific Islands should receive their order within one week after payment is reconciled depending on what shipping arrangements have been made.
Question: Do I have to pay freight?
Any regular-sized order over $100 that is paid for before the product is shipped is eligible for free freight charges. All orders that go on your account and are dispatched from the warehouse will incur freight charges.
Note: Retail customers purchasing through the website need to spend a minimum of $100 in any one order to get free freight.
Question: How long does it take to open an account with Leader NZ?
Once your account application has been received, it can be processed on the same day.

No, but we are happy to recommend quality suppliers.
Question: I am new to the Hair Dressing Industry, what type of scissors are best for me?
There are many factors to consider when purchasing a new scissor, especially when it is your first pair, we recommend you speak to one of our area managers
or have us organise them to visit you. This way you will get the correct scissor for you at this stage of your career.
Question: My salon had been burgled and my scissors and other equipment have been stolen, can you help?
Yes we can. We often work with insurance companies to help with proof of purchase and to provide emergency replacement of your scissors and other essential equipment so your business can continue to operate.
Question: What if I do not have insurance?
We do offer a compassionate discount if you have been a victim of theft (we require a copy of the police report). We also have a finance option available.
